- Payment or subscription information if paid features are added, processed by a payment provider rather than stored directly by MosaicCircle.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to provide the service, personalize topic feeds, recommend groups or events, protect members, respond to support requests, improve features, measure performance, and communicate about account or community updates.
4. Sensitive Community Content
Business, relationship, and parenting discussions can include sensitive details. Members should avoid posting private information about other people without permission. MosaicCircle may provide private circles, audience settings, reporting tools, and moderation workflows to reduce unnecessary exposure.
5. Sharing Information
We may share information with service providers that help operate hosting, analytics, communication, moderation, payment, security, and customer support systems. We may also share information when required by law, to protect safety, to enforce policies, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
6. Member Controls
Members may be able to update profile details, change audience settings, leave groups, delete posts, request account deletion, manage email preferences, and report privacy concerns. Some information may be retained where needed for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, backups, or dispute resolution.

A production version of MosaicCircle may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies to keep members signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve security. Members may control cookies through browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and member choices.
9. Children and Teens
MosaicCircle is intended for adults. The parenting content is for parents and caregivers, not for children. A production site should define age requirements, parental consent rules, and jurisdiction-specific compliance obligations before launch.
10. Security
We would use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security, and members should use strong passwords and avoid sharing highly sensitive information in public spaces.
11. US State Privacy Rights

12. International Users
This prototype uses United States dummy business information. If MosaicCircle becomes available outside the United States, the privacy policy should be updated for international transfer rules and local privacy requirements.
